South Carolina Backpacking

Below are weekend backpacking trips that for the most part are beginner/intermediate level trips.

These are mostly in the mountains of upstate South Carolina.

Day 1

This was a gorgeous overnight backpacking trip by Brasstown Falls. As of 2021 ... the forestry service has done a major update to the trails here so it's safer to see the waterfalls and enjoy the scenery.
